Are you a brand or business owner?

As an actor, spokesperson, charity ambassador, martial artist, word-lover, healthy foodie, and all-around consummate creative, I am and live as my “brand.” Everything I do and endeavor to collaborate on and co-create has synchronicity with my faith and calling in life.

How has writing a book helped your business or brand?

If you consider my brand as an ARTivist, animal welfare is just another arena in which I want to bring about justice–saving and supporting animal rescue and rehabilitation as I am able!

Tell us about your book.

ROCKY THE RESCUE. A selection of lessons learned from a rescue pup. In a collision between a speeding red sports car and speedy young underdog, Rocky Bear Smith’s life is miraculously spared. What follows is nothing short of wondrous! These stories chronicle Rocky’s antics that guide his human from heartaches to triumph on a spiritual walk to living more fully! A unique artistry-filled, non-fiction book sure to warm the hearts of animal-lovers of any age. 90% of the author’s proceeds go to charities.

What inspired you to write your book?

Seeing great grace save Rocky from death and work through him to bring so much life to others…and well as make me a far more compassionate soul more in tune with stewarding all creation.

Who is your book for?

This was meant to be for adults to read to their young children 5-8 years old… but I have learned that children have enjoyed reading it on their own without an adult! I want to foster family bonding that includes the current or future furbabies in that home…and encourage anyone who has a love for animals to find deeper value in every living soul.

Where can people purchase your book?

What are the top three takeaways you would like your readers to walk away with?

1- all material life responds to words of life or destruction… so each voice has deep influence 2-the pure love of a dog or of any living animal is worth saving, as that little or big creature may be what saves yours! 3- consider or reconsider your perception of co-existence or human mastery over creation–which one serves the greater good in the long run for generations to come? Deep thoughts do indeed come from the connection with a beloved canine!~

How can people connect with you? Please give your website and social media links etc.

What products/services are you going to include in your give away?

A signed copy of Rocky’s 1st book (soft-cover) with some adorable stickers from the illustrated version of Rocky’s Illustration children’s book… and at one that can be homemade and shared between a human and doggie bestie (vegetarian option) and perhaps one other that is good for older pups with achy joints that Rocky has enjoyed in the past.
