Dr. Courtney Hampton-Bennett is a doctoral-prepared nurse practitioner by trade and a certified lay minister. With eight years of experience in mental health, Dr. Bennett has provided care to patients who have experienced various mental health conditions while also incorporating spiritual support.
Driven by her desire to make a difference in the lives of others, Dr. Bennett works tirelessly to help others manage and overcome negative emotional states. She received a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a board-certified Adult Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. She regularly participates in community service and is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Her struggle with divorce recovery has provided the foundation for this book.
